Introduction

I began my journey to wellness in 2005, when I first found yoga. During my undergraduate studies in special education and psychology, I earned my RYT-200 and became a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. I later went on to gain specialized training in restorative yoga. Once I completed my Graduate degree I dove into specialized training in mindfulness, addiction recovery, trauma treatment, grief counseling, general cognitive behavioral therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I combine my knowledge and passion for both Eastern and Western practices and philosophies to help our clients achieve optimal alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
