Hi! My name is Jamie Partridge and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. It can be an overwhelming and difficult decision sometimes, especially when you are feeling insecure or distant from your partner, stressed out, anxious, or struggling with life during your college years and beyond. I have 16 years of experience in mental health. During those 16 years, my goal was to help people during the most stressful times in their lives. I have guided people to change beliefs that work against them, helping them create a life that is healthy and fulfilling. I have experience with CBT and Solution-focused therapy, which can help you to understand and change difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You may have been searching for a while and I understand the stress that comes with that. Even though it's hard, it's okay to reach out for help. You deserve to be fulfilled and I'm here to help.
