Introduction

You’ve maybe felt overwhelmed or detached from yourself and your purpose. Life’s challenges—grief, trauma, anxiety, and major transitions—can bring that up. I work with individuals facing these challenges, along with relationship issues, perfectionism and lack of inspiration. My focus areas include grief (death and ambiguous loss), trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I also support artists, LGBTQ+ folks, and young adults navigating neurological disabilities like TBIs, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis. Together, we’ll work towards a more connected, authentic, and fulfilling life. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental and collaborative space where we can explore your emotional experiences, develop coping skills, and work towards changes that align with your values. I use a trauma-informed, holistic approach, combining proven techniques, somatic awareness and mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded and empowered. I know how overwhelming it can be to find the right therapist, but when it clicks, it can bring a sense of hope. It’s important to feel heard and understood, and I’m here to support you through that process. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation—to help see if we’re the right fit. Take that first step, and let’s see how we can work together.
