Introduction

I love helping teens, adults, and couples navigating family conflict, relationship issues, depression, life transitions, trauma, and more. For couples and adults, I draw on tools like mindfulness, CBT, and Gottman Method couples techniques. With teens and their parents, I blend therapy skills and my teaching experience to create a safe space for teens as they develop tools to communicate with their parents, connect better at school, and grow more hopeful about the future. As a US Army Veteran, I also specialize in trauma recovery for veterans and first responders. I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We have more than 60 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Book online anytime at www.resolutioncc.com/team
