I am a therapist committed to helping women grow in confidence, communication, and an active role in who they are becoming. I love working with women who need a safe place to process areas of feeling stuck or in a season of transition. I am a born and raised Texan. I received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2004. I have held my LPC license in Texas since 2005. I took some time away from private practice to raise my two sons. I have been married to my hubby for 19 years. Motherhood and marriage are a gift to me and are two roles that have helped me grow the most. Relationships and connection are a huge part of my life. My life work is to help others find connection and the beauty of community. Counseling can be a tool to grow within to connect with others. I offer counseling in the comfort of your space through a HIPPA secure Telehealth session. If you think we would be a good fit and live in Texas, I would love to work with you.
