Introduction

Do you want to know the secret of therapy? It is about you, and it is about the relationship. It is not about me. The therapeutic relationship is the best predictor of positive outcomes in therapy. The relationship when meeting a therapist is very similar to meeting anyone else. You know how some people you just click with? That's what a good fit will feel like. I will always be on your team, for you, and your goals. We will work toward what you want, not what I want for you. My job is to meet you where you are with genuineness, warmth, and empathy. Almost any therapy can be considered cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but I will always try to remind you to have more self-compassion (Mindfulness). I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can safely be curious about who you really are. I love a sense of humor and candor. I can offer you comfort, teach you how to comfort yourself, and support you every step of the way. Book easily today.
