Introduction

I specialize in healing psychological traumas. By combining EMDR and other techniques that access responses to trauma held in the body we can release long-held adaptive information. (Yes, the Body Keeps the Score*.) I am passionate about helping you find a way through the challenges you encounter as a result of your life experiences. I am also interested in Generational Trauma histories that are passed down through our ancestors. My training in this area is a lifelong commitment to the pursuit of activities that further develop my skills and allow me to stay connected with knowledgeable resources.
