I'm Jane, I work with adolescents and adults who navigating transitions such as graduation, job loss, and divorce. I also support parents in guiding their children towards independence. My practice has a strong focus on treating drug and alcohol addiction, providing specialized care and strategies for those facing these challenges. With a background in creative writing and the arts, I help each individual discover and express their strong, unique voice. My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, indecision, and substance abuse. I empower them to develop skills for managing intense emotions and encourage deep self-reflection to help them define their identity and aspirations. Grounded in a Christian worldview, I believe that every person is valuable, capable, and made for good work. Let's begin our journey together towards healing and growth.
