My practice has a strong focus on treating drug and alcohol addiction, providing specialized care and strategies for those facing these challenges. With a background in creative writing and the arts, I help each individual discover and express their strong, unique voice. My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, indecision, and substance abuse. I empower them to develop skills for managing intense emotions and encourage deep self-reflection to help them define their identity and aspirations.
