Introduction

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice! I am a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders, as well as managing physical illness, life transitions, and stress. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients reduce their symptoms, maintain calm and presence, and increase the quality of their experience. My work focuses on building awareness of our internal processes and learning how to manage them in a healthy and productive way. I particularly enjoy working with clients who notice the connection between their mental and physical health and are interested in investigating this link further. Please visit my website at www.skoyen.com for more information or reach out at jane@skoyen.com if you have any questions. I look forward to getting connected!
