Introduction

Thoughtful, empathetic, and relatable offering support to adolescents, young men and women of color, couples, and many others, as they gain insight into generational patterns, heal from trauma, set boundaries, develop and adapt to healthy lifestyles, and answer the question “Who am I living for?” I welcome clients who identify as gender, sexual and racial minorities. I draw on things like art, music, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Gottman couples counseling methods. My favorite part about being a clinician is being able to assist my clients in reaching goals and milestones, implement healthy behaviors, and embrace their own humanness.
