Introduction

I currently live in Seattle, WA and have been practicing as a counselor for the past five years. I utilize evidence-based theories, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, to create a unique and integrative approach for each client. I have also been trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an amazing form of therapy that can help decrease symptoms related to trauma. Additionally, as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am honored to provide services to those in the community and aid LGBTQIA+ couples in strengthening their relationship.
