Introduction

Whether it’s because you’re dealing with the chronic stress or internal struggles, relationship or parenting issues, you’re having difficulty adjusting to life changes, or you’re simply feeling “stuck”, my goal is to help you understand the way you function, find acceptance towards yourself, and work towards the possibility of change. As a parent, raising a child who struggles with emotional or behavioral challenges can be exhausting and isolating. Get help understanding of your child’s needs and increase your ability to support your child’s emotions and behavior. My style is warm, conversational, practical… with a little humor. I use an approach that brings together knowledge of relational/developmental trauma, attachment, and interpersonal neurobiology to work with the individual needs of each individual & family. www.nikolsconsulting.com
