I work with women, kids, and teens who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’re constantly falling short—despite trying so hard. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent—ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, or still figuring that out—and are carrying the weight of being misunderstood, masking, or constantly trying to keep up in systems that weren’t built for how their brains work. Whether it’s your child melting down after school, your teen navigating identity and burnout, or you juggling life with a thousand tabs open, I bring curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for how you process the world. I don’t focus on “fixing” symptoms—I focus on understanding the whole you. I see your healthy, capable core, even when it feels buried under anxiety, shutdowns, or self-doubt. In play therapy with kids, that might mean meeting them in their world and giving their inner voice a safe place to come through. With teens and adults, it means slowing down, honoring sensory and emotional needs, and making space to explore what’s really going on, without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll look at what’s getting in the way, and I’ll help you (or your child) find tools and strategies that actually work with your brain, not against it. Whether we’re working on executive functioning, anxiety, boundaries, or burnout, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, toward a life that’s more peaceful, meaningful, and true to who you are.
