Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Texas, dedicated to helping individuals and couples (ages 18+) navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I’m here to offer support. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I especially enjoy working with people going through life changes or facing hardships in work, relationships, or other areas. Life can be tough, but you don’t have to face it alone. I bring a bit of humor, common sense, and a judgment-free, supportive approach to our sessions. Together, we’ll work on finding solutions that help you move forward with confidence.
