I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, treating individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and phase of life issues. I am truly grateful to be given the opportunity to walk with individuals and be a witness of their journey of healing, self-discovery, growth, and transformation through these years. In my private practice, I believe in working collaboratively, creating individualized treatment plans, and utilizing various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered, Mindfulness, etc based on my patients’ unique needs. As a therapist, I continue to enhance my skills to be able to serve my patients better. I am a Certified Grief Educator (certified by the world’s grief expert David Kessler), Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider, EMDR Trained therapist, and Trained in Brainspotting.
