Introduction

I’m a therapist who believes healing doesn’t have to be stiff or scripted. My clients come to me when life feels like a lot—especially around fertility struggles, birth trauma, grief and loss, postpartum, or just the overwhelming swirl of anxiety and emotions that can hit during major life transitions. Using evidence-based practices like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we come up with tangible strategies to cope with life’s ups and downs.
