Psychotherapist Atlas Therapy
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Couples Counseling, Attachment Issues, Relationship Issues,

Introduction

I know how hard you work to keep everyone around you happy, how drained you are by your own standards of perfection and how tired you are of pulling everyone else’s weight. I see you replaying conversations in your head, monitoring people’s moods, re-reading text messages, checking an e-mail for the tenth time, wondering whether you said too much, did too much, are too much. I see you trapped in patterns that suffocate you and yet that feel inevitable. My clients are deep feelers, high achievers, caretakers, and cycle-breakers. Many are navigating healing while still showing up for work, family, and partners. Many of you present to the world as having everything figured out, but your inner world speaks a different story — you’re exhausted and overwhelmed and you don’t know how to do life differently. At Atlas, therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about understanding you. My team and I offer real, grounded and evidence-based support that honors what you’ve been through and helps you move toward the life and relationships you actually want. We don’t do cold, clinical, or cookie-cutter therapy. We bring warmth, nuance, and honesty. You’ll work with therapists who are trauma-informed, relational, relatable, highly-trained and not afraid to go deep — but also know when you need humor, grounding, or just someone to hold space. We’re not here to pathologize you — we’re here to help you feel seen, safe, and supported as you learn new ways of being.
