I specialize in women navigating infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, or any adult or teen navigating major life transitions like work/career changes, grief and loss, or family changes like divorce, separation, marriage, or adoption. I draw on interventions like mindfulness, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and DBT to support healing, growth, and change. I also have a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health, training as a birth doula, and my own experiences with parenthood, stepparenthood, adoption, and blended and multicultural families.
