Jared is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Coach with over 15 years of clinical experience. He uses Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help adults and teens that have struggled with anxiety, depression, or ADHD for some time, and have yet to find a workable solution. His goal is always to guide clients through an experiential process that demystifies feelings, emotions, fears, beliefs and judgments for the purpose of living a more rich and meaningful life.
