When feeling stuck and hopeless it’s hard to imagine how anything might be able to make a difference in your life. To do this my goal is to provide a comfortable, friendly, and supportive therapeutic environment where together we can explore your life, circumstances, and goals. From here we can gain clarity from your own experiences, knowledge and wisdom to discover your true potential. I use evidence-based treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR that are proven to effectively treat mental health issues and provide relief from unresolved issues or trauma.
