I believe that you have the capacity to learn and grow in the ways necessary to find relief, peace of mind, connection with others, and a sense of competence in the activities that are important to you. I want to help with that, and I want to do it in ways that honor who you are and what you've been through. I have worked with people seeking recovery from mental health challenges, substance use, and the stresses of life's circumstances for over 10 years. I provide people a good balance of the support they need and the challenge they are ready for. My therapeutic style involves speaking in plain English about the things that are important to you in service of getting you to what you want and need. My training and practice have always revolved around valuing peoples' individual strengths, needs, and preferences, so I've donated all of my cookie cutters to Goodwill.
