As a therapist, I strive to provide an accepting, safe space where you can bring your authentic self for exploration. We will work together by addressing your identified goals while bringing to light barriers that are hindering progress. While in session, you may find that I tune into your emotional experience to provide unconditional emotional support and utilize this emotional information as a guiding light towards change. We will also focus on building tools for self regulation so you can feel more empowered within yourself. I have experience working with individuals and families of diverse backgrounds coping with concerns such as: trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, cultural concerns, identity development, family and relationship distress. I have a holistic approach to wellness and may integrate mindfulness, yoga, experiential and somatic work into our sessions.
