Jasmeen Miah

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Jasmeen Miah, LMFT
Specialties: Attachment Issues, Relationship Issues, Mood Disorders, Adoption, Trauma,

Introduction

As someone who has had my own experience with mental health challenges, autism, and adoption, I know what it's like to feel pain and desperately want it to go away! That's why I became a therapist--to help other people just like the many therapists who contributed to my journey of healing. I believe each person is the expert on themself and work collaboratively to highlight behavioral patterns, shine a light on blind spots, and increase coping tools and resiliency.
