There is a brilliance in each of us that can guide us through the dark. My work with clients facilitates the process of discovering that brilliance, tapping into their own innate strengths and wisdoms, and provides space to unfold into a life that is gratifying, meaningful, and authentic. My approach is integrative which means I draw from more than one psychological theory. While I am trained in a number of therapeutic methods, I tailor the experience to meet your needs, while simultaneously challenging you to grow and process through discomfort. I primarily work with adolescents/adults who may feel stuck or empty despite the attainment of goals or success in their life and who are facing any of the following challenges: life transitions; relationship issues; anxiety/phobias; and/or addictions. I also have a strong interest when it comes to working with couples who may be facing some struggles in their relationship. I am sex-positive, LGBTQIA + allied, and open relationships/non-monogamy friendly.
