Jasmine Golden is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She was inspired to go into the mental health field after witnessing her niece suffer from childhood trauma and ADHD. She has always wanted to figure out how she could help her and others. She wants to provide a safe space for clients to talk, decompress, and heal. Growing up in an African American household, mental health was put at the bottom of the list for her, and she wants to change the stigma by making sure people of color prioritize their mental health. She provides therapy from a systematic lens. She specializes in CBT, DBT, Collaborative Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She works with clients of all ages & especially has a passion for youth/young adults. She loves what she does & wants to make an impact in this world! Let her help you take the next step in prioritizing your mental health :)
