Having relationship troubles? Want to explore your gender or sexuality but don’t know how to make sense of your feelings? Having trouble just navigating adulthood? I provide telehealth services to both couples and individuals living in Maryland. I specialize in helping couples navigate various aspects of their relationships and individuals navigating various life transitions. I use a person-centered approach when working with my clients and believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important. My goal is to accompany you on your journey even when the road feels tough. I create a non-judgmental, supportive environment for you to feel safe to discover your empowered and authentic self. I have a warm and compassionate but also direct approach when working with my clients. I also make sure to bring my sense of humor into session.
