Introduction

Hi, I'm Jasmine, a therapist in Colorado Springs, passionate about supporting people from all backgrounds. Therapy takes time, and I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey. I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, athletes, and college students. I provide both talk therapy and skill-building to help you process what is and isn’t working in your life. I excel in helping people with assertive communication, boundaries, relationships, and emotional regulation. I work with various specialties, including moms, adult children of emotionally immature parents and narcissists, eating disorders, trauma, ADHD, relationships, and more. My approach is integrative, drawing from ACT, DBT, CPT, CBT, narrative techniques, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and attachment/psychodynamic therapy. I offer both in-person and online therapy, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for my clients. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen and supported, whether it’s by offering a snack or providing fidget toys. Therapy is self-care and should feel that way, even during the hard times. I strive to create a collaborative and empathetic environment where we can work together to navigate your challenges. My practice is dedicated to fostering growth and resilience, empowering you to lead a fulfilling life. I am also furthering my expertise in working with couples and families. If you'd like to work with me, I would love to support you. Let’s connect and see how we can collaborate!
