Introduction

I have worked with a variety of clients with various concerns, including stress, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic/delusional disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and survivors of trauma. I enjoy working with all sorts of clients but I have a particular interest in working with young women ages 16-35, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals who are pre or post bariatric surgery. I use a gentle, empathic, and compassionate approach to allow my clients to feel safe, relaxed, understood, and validated in every session. When appropriate, I also find using a light-hearted / humorous approach beneficial. I utilize a combination of different therapy modalities to create a unique and client centered experience for each individual client. During our time together, we will focus on building self-love, self-esteem, and confidence while challenging and breaking down the negative beliefs you may have accumulated over the years. I aim to create a safe, non-judgement space for my clients where they can feel comfortable and relaxed.
