Introduction

My name is Jasmine Lamboy, LCSW-C, CST. I am licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Texas. I am a lesbian, polyamorous, kink therapist. I take a person-centered approach which includes taking time to build a rapport with my clients to better assist them in identifying and reaching their goals. I take a non-judgmental approach towards my clients. I specialize in trauma work, relationship and sex therapy. I have a great deal of experience working with the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ community, and the Polyamorous/Consensual Non-monogamous community. I have a master’s degree from Howard University in Social Work and am currently obtaining my Ph.D. in sexology from The Modern Sex Therapy Institute. I am well versed in relationship therapy, trauma work, cognitive behavioral therapy, grief/healing work, along with a vast knowledge in a multitude of different mental health concerns. I use a holistic approach focusing on the mind-body connection. I have a passion for helping people identify and reach their goals to become the people they are proud to be. My empathetic outlook enables my clients to feel safe as they share their experiences. My passion is to empower my clients as we work together to build and embrace skills that give them the power to live a higher quality of life.
