Introduction

Hi, I’m Jason. I am Certified in DBT, yet I use CBT techniques along with various Neurotherapy techniques. I specialize in increasing positive communication to help address all levels of depression, anxiety, and relationship building. Whatever struggle life brings, I am here to help and guide you. I have over 10 years of experience working with teens, children (with and without disabilities), and adults. I believe by working together we can address any issue and work through those big and confusing emotions. Whether it is adjusting to a new environment, leaving a relationship, beginning a new relationship, dealing with a new challenge, feeling a sense of loss, dealing with struggles in your family or personal life, talking with a therapist can assist in processing through your emotions and coming out a better and happier person on the other side.
