I enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship challenges, and more. I approach therapy from a biopsychosocial perspective, providing care to a diverse range of clients who differ physically, culturally, and socioeconomically. In other words, I believe my method of treatment can offer support to any family or individual. I collaborate with my clients to find the best treatment approach for them, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and family systems theories.
