Introduction

Hello, I’m Jason Culbreth, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. My path to counseling began with a deep commitment to service, rooted in my experiences as a United States Navy. After my military service, I transitioned into emergency medical services and then spent a decade as a firefighter. These experiences shaped my understanding of trauma and resilience, fueling my passion for supporting those in high-stress professions. I specialize in trauma-informed therapies, particularly for special operators, first responders, and their families. My approach is holistic, aiming to bridge the gap between Western and Eastern modalities in mental health care. I believe in reducing stigma and fostering an open, supportive environment where clients can feel safe to share their experiences and challenges. Through personalized treatment plans, I strive to empower my clients with the tools they need to manage their mental health effectively. My services focus on building resilience, enhancing emotional regulation, and facilitating healing from trauma. I am committed to making a meaningful impact in my clients’ lives, helping them reclaim their strength and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. If you’re seeking support, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can work towards a path of healing and growth.
