Introduction

In working with people for the last 22 years I have developed a strong love for being with people-whether as individuals, as a couple or as a family-in a compassionate and containing way as they explore the strengths, struggles and variety of difficulties in their lives. I work alongside you in developing increased clarity, acceptance and compassion for your individual, relational, and environmental experiences, and support you to become empowered with increased knowledge and adaptive skills so you can take an open and intentional approach in your life developing increased autonomy, connection and purpose. I'm grateful and feel blessed as I get to support and witness people increase in their ability to cope with the multitude of life's ongoing stressors, while creating greater joy, peace and happiness.
