I seek to help my clients learn how to embrace vulnerability as a means to healing, become aware of their emotions and inner thoughts to connect with themselves and others, and trust that the love they deserve is the kind given without conditions. I became a therapist because of my own experience in therapy. I understand firsthand the vulnerability, courage, and even desperation it takes to begin therapy. My experience as a client was healing because my therapist showed empathy, wisdom, and insight, and did not judge me. I aim to do the same with my clients. I work with adults and teenagers (12+) with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, abuse and trauma, relationship difficulties, and religious harm. I explore existential human issues like self-awareness, identity, the search for meaning, and living and coping with painful realities like anxiety, loneliness, confusion, and loss.
