Introduction

Dr. Katzenbach has been providing therapy and assessment services in the South Sound for over ten years. He has experience helping people with a variety of challenges including anxiety, PTSD, OCD, panic, ADHD, depression, chronic pain management, sleep/insomnia, and men’s issues. He also specializes in helping people struggling with faith crises and navigating religious transitions from fundamentalist backgrounds. He is experienced in working with veterans and military families, and he enjoys working with first responders including police, paramedics, and firefighters. He takes a holistic, evidence-based and integrative approach to therapy. His approach is grounded in functional medicine and he takes a broad view of recovery which includes a focus on sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, career/education, meaning/purpose and our relationship with our thoughts and feelings as potential treatment target areas.
