Hello, my name is Jason. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#MH 21391). I graduated in 2018 from the University of Central Florida with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have always been intrigued with the human mind, of why we think and act in the ways that we do. I am inquisitive in nature and use this to help my clients work towards discovering inner strength while becoming their best selves. I have experience helping those who struggle with issues like social anxiety, depression and grief to name a few. I use an integrative approach to therapy by tailoring evidenced-based techniques to fit your specific needs. My personal style is client centered. This means I serve as your guide and support throughout therapy. I want you to be invested in counseling and desire to take an active role in this process. I believe you are stronger than you know. I also believe the answers you seek are already within you, I need only guide you in where to look for them.
