I am a strengths-based therapist passionate about supporting individuals working through life’s challenges and am here to hold space for the messy stuff. My experience and areas of interest include addressing the impact of developmental trauma on relationships, less than ideal parents, sexual health, religious trauma, and LGBTQIA+ identity development and growth. You can expect that I will listen empathetically, rarely suggest homework, and laugh often. I am an EMDRIA certified therapist approved consultant and enjoy supporting therapists in learning and using EMDR therapy. I started my career in K-12 education and continue to find ways to put those skills to use designing and facilitating workshops and trainings about the LGBTQ+ community, secondary traumatic stress, and compassion fatigue.
