Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), my mission is to provide counseling services with soul. After 16 years working in marketing and technology, I reclaimed my own path by going back to school for my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now, as a therapist, I am excited about helping others make meaningful changes in their lives. My integrative approach takes advantage of evidence-based strengths while also validating your experience, engaging in the meaning-making process, and empowering your autonomy and well-being. I'm EMDR trained and my evidence-based “toolkit” is based on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Therapies, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Integration services. I look forward to working with you to explore, define, and reclaim your path!
