I have long been working with individuals traversing the intersections of identity, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and stress. The clients I serve often seek to create rich and meaningful lives while working to live alongside the suffering that inevitably goes with it. The relationship I often build with clients is unconditional, warm, curious, and collaborative. My approach to therapy is supporting adolescents, adults, and relationships in taking effective action in their lives guided by their deepest values and the therapist-client relationship. I walk alongside my clients, exploring whatever they bring to session, while helping them contact the present moment, find acceptance, and take steps towards committed action. My professional experience includes wilderness therapy, residential treatment at therapeutic boarding schools and the Veterans Affairs, and not-for-profit therapeutic programming. I have been in the field of human services for eleven years and have a deep passion for forming relationships and being of service to those who invite me into their lives.
