Introduction

Therapy feels like a calling for me. There was something there pulling me in that direction and after experience my own streak of failures, things just started working as I moved towards therapy. I attended Auburn University and received my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. I meet with couples and teens helping them improve their communication, resolve trauma, and learn self-care strategies to reduce stress. Life is stressful and hard just by itself. Coming to therapy with me can help you to learn how to cope better with stressors and improve how you respond to stressful or difficult events. You may find, after working with me in therapy, that you actually have time where you feel peaceful and can reflect on your life in a calm way.
