Introduction

Most of us have had a time when we’ve felt overwhelmed and unable to find our way forward. I’m here to help you develop a practical blueprint to improve your life from the inside out. This means going beyond current perceptions of who you are, trying out new behaviors, and even gaining new insight or perspectives on situations or others in your life. Together we identify your values, strengths, and skills to determine what is keeping you stuck, frustrated, or ineffective. Next, using a variety of approaches from CBT, Mindfulness, Solutions-Focused Therapy and other therapeutic frameworks, we align your thoughts and behaviors to work for you rather than against you. I work with individuals, 10 years old and above, as well as couples. My specialities include relationship issues, work challenges, mood disorders (anxiety, depression, anger), mild or moderate OCD, and life changes or losses. I also hold certification in trauma therapy. As a counselor, my goal is to help you facilitate change in your life. As you begin to implement even small changes in your life, you will recognize that change is possible, and that YOU are capable of making those changes. Feel free to learn more about me at www.path2peacecounseling.com Thank you and I look forward to working with you!
