Introduction

My mission is to empower clients to embrace themselves, cultivate self-awareness, and build confidence, even when life takes unexpected turns. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, nerdy, and fun therapeutic journey, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Each session is designed to get to know you and what you love. I believe change happens when we incorporate your personality and interests into our work together. Whether it’s the books you read, the TV shows you watch, the music you listen to, or the movies you love, these passions can reveal a lot about who you are. I encourage individuals to build a resilient self-image, express emotions constructively, and foster healthy relationships with others. In our passions, we find our strengths, our voice, and our ability to heal. Together, we can use these passions to enhance your coping skills and navigate life’s challenges. I especially love working with parents and helping clients navigate interpersonal relationships and overcome adverse childhood experiences. My specialties include mood disorders, multicultural/diverse populations, and attachment theory. I also have experience working with anxiety and depression, and I am a proud LGBTQIA+ ally. Let’s work together to rewrite your story and embark on a journey of growth and self-discovery.
