The focus of my practice is working with couples and adult individuals to help them recognize their strengths and needs in order to solve problems and build stronger relationships. My approach to therapy is client-centered and multi-faceted, but my foundation is rooted in Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), in which I have over 300 hours of specialized training. Whether you are interested in couple or individual therapy, I embrace a family systems perspective, which means I consider people's strengths and challenges in context of the relationships in which they live, work and play.
