In a non-judgmental, empowering setting, I provide one-on-one, in-person or online therapy with adults who are experiencing intense feelings of guilt, depression and anxiety resulting from the pressure to excel and be accepted for who they are. I work well with entry-level professionals and college students, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks who are struggling with perfectionism, overwhelmed by life transitions, and identity and relationship issues. Using mindfulness and radical acceptance, we will explore your greatest sources of suffering, while uncovering and accessing inner resources and strengths you may not even realize are there. Therapy isn’t just talking about your problems; you will also learn practical skills for living with purpose and intention as well! Together, we will identify techniques for relief that help generate more radical love and empathy for yourself in ways that positively impact your capacity to engage with your work, life and relationships with less fear and more authenticity.
