Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate serving adults and couples with various issues, including relationship distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief and loss. I integrate attachment-based psychotherapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral approaches to build a strong therapeutic relationship while helping clients evoke change. I am also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Levels 1, 2 & 3. Couples and individuals bring unique challenges to counseling. As a therapist, I respect your expertise and life experiences. I encourage openness, acceptance, and creative problem-solving when addressing mental health and relationship issues. My priority is building a secure therapeutic bond where you feel safe to explore your inner world, emotional experiences, and problematic thinking, behavioral, and interactional patterns. Therapy is a collaborative healing process, and as your secure base, guide, and companion, I offer empathy and validation throughout the journey. Together, we can approach challenges with curiosity and acceptance rather than avoidance to discover new coping options and resolve issues.
