Introduction

Are you feeling stuck? Do you want to make changes and are not sure how? You don’t have to do it alone! Whether you are experiencing anxiety, complex ptsd, depression, grief, struggles related to being LGBTQIA+ in a cis-het world, parenting challenges, relationship issues, spiritual questions or any big life transitions, I will walk with you on your journey and I will help you access your internal resources to heal and find relief. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood and empowered. My style is collaborative, warm, holistic and practical. I provide space to heal, learn and grow. Drawing mainly from IFS, an evidence based mind-body method, we will generate greater curiosity, compassion, clarity and connection with self and others. Through courageous exploration of all of your parts, you will find healing and develop a renewed sense of well-being. I know how hard it is to face your challenges, to ask for help and to make changes. You do not need to do it alone. I invite you to reach out to me for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit. You deserve to feel better and I would be honored to help you do so.
