Introduction

I am a LCMHC, LCAS, CCTS-I and NCC specializing in addiction, codependency & trauma. I believe that one of the most courageous things you can do is to be willing to look inward. I am not the type of counselor to sit back and just nod my head while you talk. My job is to listen actively -- to step into your story with you, helping you navigate pain, grief, trauma and shame. I work with individuals and couples. With both, my goal is to teach you skills to continue your work outside of the hour we spend together during the week.
