Please note that I am only offering telehealth therapy sessions, & ethical guidelines determine what is appropriate; issues not appropriate to be addressed via telehealth include: crisis, psychosis, suicidality/self-harm, & homicidality. I am 100% client-focused and believe that the best results are achieved through encouragement, strength-building & empowerment in a safe space within the therapeutic relationship. I can be described as a warm and empathetic counselor, but I also like to push clients and offer accountability, validation and reflection to move into change and goal-reaching.
