I’m a relationship/couples therapist and focus in on all things relationship: all the problems, dating issues, couples work, relational trauma (all that stuff you bring in), marriage stuff, and work with attachment issues and codependency, breaking negative patterns, changing the narrative so you aren’t picking the same dead ends etc. This includes single people healing from heartbreak and toxic partners and looking to change the narrative in their dating life and fixing their “picker”, people who are in a relationship and looking to heal it, infidelity, get out of the negative cycles and move their relationship to the next level of intimacy and connection where you WANT to be in it and do the work. I am also EMDR trained and use this to help in all of this.
