Introduction

Hi! Seeking therapy can often be a difficult decision; I want to make that decision easier by offering a comfortable, safe environment to address life's challenges. Whether you're managing a life transition, addressing a relationship conflict, coping with difficult past experiences or changing unwanted behavioral patterns, I am here to lend a hand and offer support. I have a deep passion for providing support while walking through life's trenches. I work most with young adults, new parents, and couples. Adulthood, parenthood, and partnerships present unique obstacles requiring self-reflection, healing past wounds, and personal growth in new roles. I would like to help you develop the tools needed to face these challenges and transitions. While working together in a collaborative and nonjudgmental way, I strive to provide a relaxed atmosphere of authenticity and mutual trust to allow exploration of issues that may be leaving you feeling stuck and hindering you from living your best life. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, grief and loss, anger, and relationship struggles. I have additional training to provide couples, marital and premarital counseling. Counseling techniques are tailored specifically to YOU to help achieve personal goals. I look forward to the opportunity to help you navigate this journey we call life!
